How the personality test works

We measure which side you lean toward on each of four dimensions, then combine them into your four-letter type.

1. Answer 40 questions

Rate each statement on a five-point scale from agree to disagree. There are 10 questions per dimension.

2. Score each dimension

Answers are grouped into E/I, S/N, T/F and J/P and turned into a percentage lean.

3. Get your four letters

The stronger side of each dimension gives one letter, for example INFJ.

4. Explore your result

See strengths, careers, relationships and your most compatible types.

Tips for an accurate result

Reading your result

A score of 80% is a strong preference; around 55% means you use both sides comfortably. Your type is a starting point for reflection, not a fixed label.
