What your result can — and cannot — tell you.
This is an independent self-reflection questionnaire inspired by the familiar four-preference type framework. It is designed to make personality patterns easier to explore, not to diagnose you or place you into a permanent category.
What we measure
The questionnaire contains 40 statements: 10 for each of four preference dimensions — Extraversion–Introversion, Sensing–Intuition, Thinking–Feeling, and Judging–Perceiving. Items are interleaved so the dimension being measured is not shown while you answer.
How scoring works
Each response contributes to one side of a dimension. Reverse-keyed items reduce simple agreement bias. Responses are combined into a continuous position from 0–100 for each dimension. The four-letter type is a convenient summary of which side of each midpoint your answers favored.
Why close scores matter
A score close to 50% is not a strong classification. Preference strength is shown so a 51/49 result is not presented with the same certainty as an 80/20 result. Personality also varies with context, development and experience.
Use the result appropriately
Use your result as a prompt for reflection and conversation. It is not a clinical assessment, measure of intelligence or ability, or a basis for employment, medical, educational, relationship or other high-stakes decisions.
